Way too long!!! I was there for 2 and half hours !!! Mostly just waiting in the waiting room. I seen 3 people that only took 15 minutes and the rest of the time just waiting !! Waiting room so very full at one time I couldn't even set down had to stand !!!!! I heard other people saying the same thing ?

The restrooms are dirty and the waiting rooms are not clean under the chairs and there were no umbrella bags at the entrance. Just poor housekeeping which makes me wonder about other things.

There are 3 parts to a visit. The initial vision screening and glaucoma test with eye dilation. The second part is the OCT. The third part is the actual visit and treatment with Dr. Sun. I have no complaints about parts 1 and 3. But for the past several visits most of my time is spent waiting and waiting for the OCT. I don't know how you can improve (lessen) the wait time.
