        Oftentimes when something does t go just right at an appt the providers are so busy they often dismiss the need and move forward. During this visit, Dr Y was having difficulty opening the images and locating the images that had previously been scanned in. He was persistent and even left the room, asked for help and come back with the ability view the needed images . I was thankful to have not been required to leave and come back at another time for the remaining needs of my visit. He also informed me proactively that he would be traveling after my test were complete but requested I inform his office so that they could be on the look out for the results and that we would navigate next steps even with him being afar. Thankful for the care I received there.

        The only negative part was trying to log in to see test results. I was never able to make the system work.

        Dr Yerramalla was very kind. He listened and clearly explained test results. I appreciate the time he took with me.
