Mercy Emergency Department vs. Convenient Care: When to Go Where.

With Mercy, patients have options for where to seek care. Depending on the severity of someone’s condition, the most appropriate option could be primary care, convenient care, or the emergency department.

The graphic above lays out examples of medical situations when a patient should seek care in which location. The following Joplin-area Mercy Convenient Care Clinics accept walk-ins in the hours specified:

  • Mercy Convenient Care Clinic 50th Street, 202 E. 50th St., Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Mercy Convenient Care Clinic Range Line, 1717 S. Range Line Rd., Daily, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Mercy Convenient Care Stone’s Corner, 6151 N. Main Street Road, Webb City, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Mercy Family Medicine — Neosho, 2550 Lusk Dr., Neosho, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
