The baby formula aisles at stores have been nearly empty in recent weeks. Due to supply chain issues and safety recalls, parents across the country are having difficulty finding their brand or type of formula for their infants and kids with special nutritional needs.
Because of these shortages, some parents have started looking for creative ways to feed their baby. However, some of the alternative methods can have dangerous consequences.
If you are struggling to find formula, please reach out to your child’s doctor. They can answer questions, direct you to other sources that might have what you need or they may have samples to share with you.
