Mercy Health Foundation Perry will host its 32nd Annual Mercy Golf Classic next month, benefiting the Educational Advancement Fund.
This year’s tournament will take place Friday, June 20, at the Perryville Country Club, 1111 Big Spring Boulevard, Perryville. Tee time options are 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. All team sponsorships include a four-person scramble, 18 holes of golf, two carts, snacks, beverages, mulligans, gifts for each player and contests on the course. Complimentary meals will also be provided.
“We are so grateful for our community’s wonderful support over the last 30-plus years,” said Glenda Gremaud, outreach relations manager at Mercy Perry. “This is one of our favorite annual events, and we’re hoping for an amazing year benefiting our local students training to be the next generation of health care providers.”
Each year, the tournament benefits the foundation’s Educational Advancement Fund, which provides financial support for Mercy caregivers and students in Mineral Area College’s nursing program as well as assistance for local high school seniors pursuing an education in health care.
Sponsorship levels start at $500 and include a variety of recognitions. The deadline to register for this year’s tournament is Monday, June 2. Team sponsorships can be purchased online at mercyhealthfoundation.net/PERGolf or by calling 573-902-2753.
