About Our Fertility Care Program
The first step in learning how to use the Creighton Model to track your cycle is to attend an Introductory Session. After the Introductory Session, you will attend individual follow ups with a FertilityCare Practitioner who will help you learn the specifics of how to chart your cycle with the Creighton Model.
Registration & Fees
The registration fee applies to all services within the first year and will offer at least eight follow-ups, plus all materials. This fee does not include the introductory session. Several insurance providers reimburse to varying degrees. No one is refused service because of an inability to pay.

- Group Introductory Session: $40 – register online

- First Year of Services: $400 (approximately 8-10 visits within a year)
- Initial Materials:
- In Person Client: $35
- Virtual Clients: Additional $25 for materials, total $60
