MS Support Groups in St. Louis

We offer multiple sclerosis support groups and programs in St. Louis to our current MS patients and their families. Join us for these free support groups offered on a weekly basis:

  • Just Starting Out - F newly or recently diagnosed individuals with MS, Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m.
  • Staying On Course - Support group for those living with MS for some time, Thursdays at 11:15 a.m.
  • Seasoned Travelers - Support group for those living with MS for a lengthy period of time, Tuesdays at 11:15 a.m.
  • Care Partners - Support group for family and friends who support a loved one with MS, Wednesdays at 3 p.m.

Monthly MS Educational Programs in St. Louis

  • MS 101 - Learn the basics of MS including: the diagnosis process, symptoms, an overview of treatment options and daily habits to maximize your well-being. Family and friends are welcome.  
  • New Patient Orientation - Learn about our unique MS services in St. Louis and our comprehensive approach to your care from our welcoming staff.
  • Nutrition and Healthy Living - Learn MS healthy living strategies plus get answers and guidance from a professional dietician.
  • Individual and Couples Therapy - Get emotional support to address the stress and challenges that come from living with MS.
