Medicaid Health Plan Delays

Mercy Clinic primary care and pediatric providers across Oklahoma are enrolled with Aetna Better Health, Humana Healthy Horizons and Oklahoma Complete Health. These health plans are currently experiencing delays in uploading providers to their directory. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Mercy Clinic.

Mercy Clinic's Portland location provides high-quality health care for children and adults.

We offer a range of services, including care for minor illnesses and injuries, flu shots and other immunizations, sports physicals, general medical evaluations, concussion assessment, weight management, as well as diagnosis and treatment of pediatric conditions. We also offer electronic referrals to the Tobacco Free Mercy program, which is a tobacco cessation program in partnership with the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline.

Located at 18503 N. Portland Ave, Mercy Clinic offers easy access for residents of northwest Oklahoma City, Edmond and Deer Creek. And with the convenience of our Web-based service, MyMercy, getting your lab results, requesting prescription refills and connecting with your doctor has never been easier.

ImPACT Applications, Inc.

Brendon McCollom, DO, and Melissa Cook, PA, are Credentialed ImPACT Consultants (CIC), specializing in administration and interpretation of ImPACT Applications’ tools.

The computer-based ImPACT test measures an athlete’s symptoms, processing speed, reaction time, and visual and verbal memory. The sideline results of the test are compared against baseline scores from the pre-season, which helps them diagnose a head injury.

If an athlete suffers a concussion, the student is unable to practice or play until a physician or provider clears them to return to play. Using the ImPACT test, the health care team has an additional tool to aid in determining if and when an athlete may return to practice and play.
