Cardiac Rehab Phase 2 - This is a monitored exercise program that offers patients a safe place to exercise after a heart incident or procedure. They will also receive education on progression of exercise, daily living activities, nutrition, medications, and how to improve with a heart healthy lifestyle for future prevention.
Cardiac Rehab Phase 3 - This is a self pay maintenance program that offers patients a safe place to exercise. This does require an order from your physician.
