Our medical director, Octavio Chirino, MD, has practiced medicine in the St. Louis area for 35 years. Dr. Chirino is known for his expertise in individualized hormone replacement therapies. For the past 20 years, his passion has been to promote holistic wellness for his patients through nutritional counseling, nutritional supplementation, weight management and fitness training.

Investigating food allergies, nutritional deficiencies and gastro-intestinal disorders are part of his methods to lead you to optimal health and happiness.

Background on Dr. Chirino:

Dr. Chirino is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and is a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN(FACOG). He attended medical school at St. Louis University and did his OB/GYN training at Mercy. He has practiced in the St. Louis area for more than 36 years and is known widely for his expertise in menopause medicine, bio-identical hormone balancing, lifestyle and nutritional counseling, weight management, and nutritional supplementation. Integrative and anti-aging medicine are his major interests and he is supported by an entire Integrative Health team at his Mercy Clarkson/Clayton office.
