Mercy Rehabilitation Services in Ardmore, OK, helps patients relearn the skills needed to live independently. We are southern Oklahoma's only inpatient rehabilitation facility and we offer a comprehensive suite of services, including:
- Family training
- Home assessments
- Skilled 24-hour nursing
- Interdisciplinary rehab team
- Dedicated RN case manager
- Team of dedicated rehab physicians
- Counseling
- Individualized physical therapy in a large, fully equipped gym
- Dysphagia/swallowing assessments
The rehab team meets each week to discuss patient progress and goals, and to identify any potential barriers. This team approach results in a high success rate for our patients.
