Mercy Rehabilitation Services in Ardmore, OK, helps patients relearn the skills needed to live independently. We are southern Oklahoma's only inpatient rehabilitation facility and we offer a comprehensive suite of services, including: 

  • Family training
  • Home assessments
  • Skilled 24-hour nursing
  • Interdisciplinary rehab team
  • Dedicated RN case manager
  • Team of dedicated rehab physicians
  • Counseling
  • Individualized physical therapy in a large, fully equipped gym
  • Dysphagia/swallowing assessments
The rehab team meets each week to discuss patient progress and goals, and to identify any potential barriers. This team approach results in a high success rate for our patients.
