HealthTracks Performance Enhancement Programs

Want to run faster, jump higher, and improve in your sport? Mercy HealthTracks can put you on top of your game. Training athletes is what we do. In fact, it’s all we do. We aren’t a gym. We aren’t a fitness center. We don’t train people who want to “just work out.” We train athletes to get better at their chosen sport by individualizing a program that meets each athlete’s specific needs.


Unlike typical personal trainers or coaches, all of our performance staff have master’s degrees and advanced certification for training athletes. We maintain a low staff-to-athlete ratio. This allows us to tailor every workout to every athlete, every day.

Who Will We Train

We will train any athlete beginning at the age of 10 years old all the way up to the adult athlete! Anyone that is pursuing some type of athletic endeavor (high school sports, middle school sports, a 5k, swimming, golf, etc) qualifies as an athlete in our eyes and is someone we can help reach their training goals. For those looking for a facility to “work-out” in, we will refer them to a fitness center to meet their needs.

Sports Performance Testing

We’ll test you before you begin our program, every three months while you are with us, and again afterward, so you can see how much progress you’ve made. Testing includes:

  • Functional Movement Screen™
  • Electronic speed testing (40-yard and 10-yard)
  • Lateral speed and agility testing
  • Power testing (vertical jump, broad jump)
  • Strength testing (upper body and/or lower body)

Sports Training Program

To help each athlete in our program achieve the greatest results, we use a variety of training approaches:

  • SFG Kettlebell Training
  • Olympic Weightlifting
  • Plyometrics
  • Speed Training
  • Agility Training
  • Bodyweight Training
  • Sport-Specific Training

In addition, we individualize each athlete's program to focus on whatever areas they want to focus on. Every program is customized to each athlete based on their goals, their sport, and their evaluation of our program. We will constantly adjust each program according to how each athlete responds.  Every program can be designed to address the following areas:
