Joe is originally from St. Louis, where he was involved in athletics from a very young age. He grew up playing almost every sport available from soccer to rock-climbing. Joe spent 10 years playing rugby and eventually found his way to CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. He opened and operated his own CrossFit gym for 6 years and when he decided to move on from that adventure, he knew he needed to continue his life in the fitness industry. Being healthy is a huge part of who he is as a person and now he has the opportunity to continue to bring the gift of fitness to his community as part of the Mercy Sports Performance and EXOS partnership.
