Regional Physician Executive - Primary Care, Arkansas
Dr. Lance Faddis serves as regional physician executive for primary care in Arkansas. In this role, he works with more than 180 integrated Primary Care providers across Arkansas in 35 clinic locations. Dr. Faddis joined Mercy after completing his residency, practicing primary care in Northwest Arkansas since 2004. In previous roles, Dr. Faddis served as the board chair for Mercy Clinic, primary care division chair and, most recently, as the chief administrative officer for Mercy Northwest Arkansas. Dr. Faddis is passionate about helping patients take control of their health decisions while serving as a trusted partner in the process.
Education and Credentials
Dr. Faddis attended undergraduate at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and earned a Master of Science in microbiology at the University of Arkansas. He earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and completed his residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at UAMS and Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
