Executive Vice President, Chief People and Product Officer
Catherine Codispoti serves as Mercy’s executive vice president and chief people and product officer, leading the hiring, recruiting and retaining of more than 50,000 Mercy co-workers as well as Mercy's consumer product solutions group. Catherine joined Mercy in 2023 as senior vice president and chief people officer. Prior to Mercy, she served as chief people officer at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Previous positions include a variety of financial, operational and organizational leadership positions at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Education and Credentials
Catherine Codispoti earned her master’s in health administration at the University of Oklahoma and bachelor’s degree at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
