Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer
Lina Scroggins serves as Mercy’s senior vice president and chief product officer, leading the ministry’s innovative work in consumer experience product development. She joined Mercy in 2026. Prior to that, Lina served for 17 years at Google in many program manager roles, including Google Health and Google’s Healthcare and Life Sciences division.
Education and Credentials
Lina Scroggins earned her master’s in clinical psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, a master’s in experimental psychology from the University of Cambridge (as a Gates Cambridge Scholar) and a bachelor’s in psychology from Harvard University.
