Chief Clinical Excellence Officer
Ursula Wright serves as Mercy’s chief clinical excellence officer, leading clinical and non-clinical teams in providing excellent care to Mercy patients through development and implementation of best-practice clinical and operational standards. Ursula joined Mercy in 2000 as a student nurse and later progressed to a nurse and nurse practitioner. Over the years at Mercy, she has served in a variety of nursing and clinical leadership roles.
Education and Credentials
Ursula Wright earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri; her master of business administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri; and her master of science nursing – family nurse practitioner from Maryville University in St. Louis.
