I can't begin to describe how grateful I am for the time Dr O took to listen to the concerns we had and provide next steps. He also took time to support our daughter during a difficult time and understand why her care was so important. The impact of the time he spent with her is already visible. I know we have a path ahead of us but I have never felt so heard and seen during a visit to a care provider than I was today. I cannot say thank you enough.
