    My experience overall was great! I just have a critique on the repetitive actions of the check-in. If a patient has performed the e-check-in procedures, their insurance is verified, there medications are verified, and the list of questions during e-check-in are complete, and the patient is prompted to check-in via MyMercy app, why is it necessary to have to the patient to check-in in the lobby, answer the same question that were in the e-check-in, and then answer the same question at the front desk? I understand the need for the information to be correct, but these repetitive actions are part of why medical cost keep rising and time is wasted. Should seriously considered process management to eliminate wasteful procedures.
