    My appointment was at 3:20. The student doctor open the door close to the appointment time and said he would be right back. He did not come back in until 4:11. I understand things happen, but maybe there could have more communication about what was going on and more updates on when I would be seen. The front desk was less than great, but a typical experience. They deal with the rudeness of patients and it would hard to stay positive in that environment. All the folks in the back were great nurses, students and the doctor. I just missed my next appointment because of how it took to see the doctor.
