    My mom and I were scheduled an hour apart. They very graciously worked to get me in and out fast so that she wouldn't have a long wait while still seeing everyone else. The quality of care was excellent, thorough, and everyone smiled. A very pleasant experience!

    I had not had my eyes examined in many years because I did not like my eye dr. nor the woman in his office. Thankfully, I decided to give Dr. Rose a try. He is warm and friendly, listens, and answers questions. His staff is very nice as well. I had been putting off having my eyes checked for too long because of the dr. and staff (not Mercy) that I saw previously. I'm SO glad that I made the switch. I'd give Dr. Rose and his staff an A++
