Care Philosophy As a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon, I am passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life with a focus on shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, shoulder replacement, knee arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, partial and total knee replacement, carpal tunnel and trigger finger releases and fracture surgery of the upper and lower extremities. Conditions I treat include shoulder injuries, degenerative conditions, knee injuries and arthritis.

        Dr. Ronald Kaler, Orthopedics was Awesome. He explained everything to me as if he was treating his own family member. Very personable and took his time in explaining things to me. Appreciated his honesty and not eager to jump right in and suggest surgery.
