Care Philosophy I chose family medicine because I like seeing patients of all ages, from birth to old age. I like the lasting relationships you build seeing patients over their lifespan. You get to be involved in their lives, educating them, treating their injuries, caring for them through illness. When they come back to you and they're better it's very rewarding.

        The check in experience was less than stelllar. I checked in online via portal and response was I all checked in and to have a seat. I was informed a few minutes later by a not so nice med assistant I had to go downstairs and check-in even though I told her I was checked in via portal. There are no instructions downstairs about check-in before going upstairs. It was all disorganized. I was however impressed with the p.a. Whom i had not seen before. She was very nice, informative and caring. Improvements are suggested however with clarity on check-in via portal or in person. They are not in sync

        It was an excellent experience. The entire staff is wonderful.
