Care PhilosophyHistorically, doctors have done a lot of telling their patients what to do and I think it's still our job to give them the best information, but I think more and more these days you hear things like shared decision making and involving patients and I think that's really something I strive to do as best that I can.

Disappointed in how far out an appointment for echo stress test and heart event monitor were scheduled. Seems to me I should have been scheduled quickly with my heart history.

I love the compassion that they take in order to make sure you're comfortable and the Care team is so sweet. I enjoy going there to be able to talk to Dr. Thomas and he explains everything to me in layman terms most of my family go to Mercy heart and vascular. They have different doctors but they're all happy thank you very much for doing such a good job.
