The Disability Equality Index is the world’s leading benchmarking tool for evaluating disability inclusion across industries.

Jointly developed by Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), the Index evaluates companies on six areas: culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement, supplier diversity and responsible procurement.

More than 500 corporations across the globe participated in the 2025 Index, which helps organizations identify opportunities for progress while celebrating companies that are leading the way.
