Medicaid Redetermination

About Medicaid Redetermination

If you haven’t already, you may soon get a letter from Medicaid with an enclosed form. You’ll need to fill out this form and return it so Medicaid can determine if you still qualify for coverage. Your contact information needs to be updated to ensure you get your letter. You can check to see if your contact info is correct online or by phone. Mercy can’t do this for you.
