You are a cancer survivor from the moment of diagnosis and there are millions of people like you in the United States! Many say they felt they had lots of support during their treatment, but once it ended, it was hard to make a transition to a new way of life. It was like entering a whole new world where they had to adjust to new feelings, new problems and different ways of looking at the world.
This monthly program for survivors who have completed treatment will focus on topics related to physical and emotional changes, and creating a wellness plan for a healthy lifestyle.
A light dinner will be provided.
