We know that even hearing the word "cancer" can cause significant stress. That’s why we pledge to make your experience at the Sindelar Cancer Center as simple as possible.
We’ll work to schedule you with the right specialist(s) in a timely manner and start appropriate treatment as soon as possible. The majority of our new cancer patients will see a doctor within 72 hours of setting up an appointment and have a care plan in place within one week.
As a Mercy patient, you’ll have access to MyMercy, a free online tool (also available as an app) that allows you to easily connect with your cancer care team and manage your health from home.

Our on-site boutique stocks gifts and accessories designed specifically for our cancer patients and their families.
Our chapel is a sacred space where patients, families, caregivers and friends can pray and reflect. Much of the furniture in the chapel was made from trees removed to make way for the cancer center. Mercy worked closely with Anew Nature, a local furniture company that teaches job skills to former felons, to build pieces from salvaged wood for the chapel.
Our café serves delicious food and beverages to patients and their family members.
At 900 square feet, our conference center can support groups, host educational seminars and more.
