Trouble with Acid Reflux after Gastric Sleeve Surgery?

Mercy Research, in conjunction with the Mercy Heartburn Treatment Center, is seeking volunteers to participate in a clinical research trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the LINX Reflux Management System, an FDA-approved medical device for management of GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease).

You may qualify if you:

  • Are 23 years of age or older
  • Have undergone laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) for obesity at least 12 months ago
  • Have documented symptoms of GERD, also known as acid reflux
  • Currently require a daily PPI (proton pump inhibitor) or other anti-reflux drug therapy
  • Meet other criteria
