Mercy’s Home Health team provides skilled care to recovering, disabled or chronically ill individuals 18 years and older who need medical treatment in their home setting. The team works closely with physicians and other community services to coordinate all of the patient’s needs in Ardmore and surrounding areas.

Our goal is to promote individual independence and privacy in a convenient and worry-free setting. Mercy Home Health’s highly skilled staff provides several quality services which may include:

  • Post-operative wound care
  • IV therapy
  • Ostomy care
  • Diabetes training
  • Wound vac care
  • Patient and family education
  • Community resource referrals
  • Physical therapy
  • On-call services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • Orthopedic care

Nationally Recognized Care

  • LSVT BIG® Certification (first in Southern Oklahoma) – Our physical therapists have advanced certification in treating movement disorders associated with Parkinson’s disease, neurodegenerative conditions, multiple sclerosis, CVA/basal ganglia and hypokinetic disorders.

How to Get Started

Care is provided under the direction and orders of a physician. After your physician makes a referral to Mercy Home Health, we will work with you to arrange the start of home health services. Please call us at 580-220-6560 with any questions.
