Optical Shop

Additional Information

When you visit a Mercy Optical Shop, you’ll get more value for your money. Our optometrists have advanced training to ensure you get a complete eye exam, along with glasses or contacts that help you see and look your best. It's important to see your optometrist annually to maintain your vision and catch problems early.

If you have a current prescription for corrective lenses, you won't need an appointment to order glasses from our optical shops. We accept many different types of vision insurance.

We offer all types of contacts and lenses, including:

  • Single vision, lined bifocal, and progressive (no-line bifocals)
  • Prescription sunglasses with the option of polarized or transition lenses
  • Polycarbonate lenses that are an excellent, lightweight option for children due to increased scratch and shatter resistance
  • Optional coatings that block ultraviolet light
  • A large selection of durable and affordable frames for both children and adult
  • Designer eyeglasses including brands like Kate Spade, Coach, Nike, Dolce & Gabbana and Ray Ban®

Contact Lenses

Whether you are a first time contact lens patient or a patient with specialized needs, our staff will utilize the latest technology and lens materials to customize a fit for you.

A contact lens prescription and an eyeglass prescription are not the same. Our highly trained opticians will measure and evaluate your eyes to ensure a precise and healthy fit. Recent advances in contact lens technology have made it possible for more people to enjoy freedom from eyeglasses, and we can help you discover if contact lenses are right for you.

As part of Mercy, our vision professionals are connected to your electronic health record, and when serious vision problems arise, we can connect you with specialists who can diagnose and treat diseases.
