        Our Dr had a 20 minute delay. So that was unfortunate. But we were told that when we checked in and it was visible on the tv screen. So that was nice.

        The Dr could have a refresher on bedside manner and how mom shaming a young mother isn't the ideal way to go about with an appointment. In the after visit summary there were things written that were not discussed in the appointment. The Dr. blatantly lied about me denying a nutritionist referral when it was never brought up or discussed.
