Care Philosophy I wanted to become a family medicine doctor in order to help patients with a lot of different conditions, like hypertension, diabetes, arthritis. The most gratifying part about practicing medicine is having the unique opportunity to be able to help a patient in their time of need.

        This was my first visit with Dr. Cha following the departure of my previous two providers at Mercy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. Dr. Cha took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and genuinely listened to my current health concerns. It's been years since a provider has spent more than 15 minutes with me during an appointment, and his attention and patience truly stood out. I sincerely hope he remains with Mercy and isn't pressured into rushing through appointments to meet quotas. Thank you, Dr. Cha, for your exceptional care-please keep it up!
