YUKON, Okla. – Yukon seniors have a new destination in town for all-in-one primary medical care services designed with their specific needs in mind.
Mercy’s first clinic in Oklahoma specifically for patients age 65 and up, 65 Prime+ by Mercy Primary Care – Yukon, is now open at 520 S. Mustang Road.

“We hear from so many seniors who need a medical team that not only knows how to navigate Medicare, but also provide extra time and attention to more fully address health concerns that come along with aging,” said Bennett Geister, president of Mercy Oklahoma City Communities. “We’re proud to offer our first 65 Prime+ location in Oklahoma to patients in Yukon. You’ll notice the difference in our comprehensive and compassionate care right away.”
About 65 Prime+
65 Prime+ is specially designed to meet the unique needs of Medicare patients, including more time and attention to address patients’ concerns as they age.
Mercy’s primary care physicians for seniors provide more than typical geriatric care. All 65 Prime+ by Mercy locations offer:
- Extended visit times so patients get the attention they need
- More frequent visits to keep ongoing conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease under control
- Regularly scheduled appointments within a week
- Same-day or next-day appointments for urgent concerns or sudden, severe conditions
There are three primary care providers at the Yukon clinic: Dr. Mariela Irizarry, Dr. Teddy Webb and Sonya Leck, a physician’s assistant (PA).
All three providers are board-certified family medicine specialists with extensive experience caring for patients ages 65 and up. All three are also accepting new patients and scheduling appointments online.
