WASHINGTON, Mo. – The latest accolade for care provided at Mercy Hospital Washington comes from Becker’s Hospital Review, which recognized Mercy Washington on its 100 Great Community Hospitals list.
The list includes community hospitals that deliver expert clinical care, drive local innovation and serve as economic cornerstones for their regions. These hospitals demonstrate that accessible, affordable care close to home is more than an operational goal, it’s a promise to its neighbors.
Mercy Washington’s profile highlights its quality care, recognized by Leapfrog Straight A status, along with growth in both cardiac catheterizations and surgical cases. Additionally, it notes the community benefit provided since 2020, including financial assistance, volunteer service hours, community sponsorships and grants.
