Mercy Clinic Spine and Pain Management offers a streamlined approach to care for patients with neck, back and joint pain. We tailor care to each patient, coordinating physical therapy and chiropractic care and performing advanced interventional procedures, neurosurgical evaluations and surgery when needed.
A dedicated nurse navigator guides you through every step for a clear, coordinated treatment plan. Our no-barrier approach aims to provide care to all patients, regardless of their background or circumstance.
Note: Opioid medication management is not part of our program.

Additionally, we coordinate services with other specialists and clinics. Our goal is to coordinate appointments for these services before you leave our office:
- Physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Neurology
- Imaging
- Botox treatment (headaches and muscle spasticity)
Conservative Treatment
No referral needed unless required by insurance. No imaging needed.
Your team will:
- Diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic pain
- Develop a treatment plan for compression fractures
- Coordinate imaging, physical therapy, NSAIDS, muscle relaxants, chiropractic care and other conservative treatments
- Triage the patient and, if needed, send them for interventional pain procedures or a neurosurgical evaluation

Imaging required: recent x-ray
- Chronic spine pain or an acute episode of chronic pain
