Group Fitness Classes
Mercy's Oklahoma City fitness center offers a variety of group classes, various membership options, as well as pay-per-class options, based on your individual needs. Additionally, we have free, one-time group fitness passes available.

All classes are held in the atrium of the Neuroscience Institute Building.
Mercy Fitness Center has qualified personal trainers, who recognize and recommend exercise programs based on individual needs. Exercise programs are determined by an individual's fitness assessment results, limitations, restrictions, current medications and health goals.
Our Oklahoma City personal trainers will also educate you on other aspects of wellness, including general health, injury prevention, nutrition guidelines and more.
Mercy Fitness Center is the only facility in Oklahoma offering this test to the public. This method weighs a person underwater and calculates the lean body mass (muscle) and body fat. It's one of the most accurate methods of determining total body fat percentage. Any individual who receives this test will also receive a 7-skinfold caliper test.
Mercy's Oklahoma City pulmonary rehabilitation program is committed to getting you back to living a healthy, normal life so for those who have chronic respiratory issues. The facility is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR).
Mercy provides a Phase II program for patients with respiratory disease. This program follows the AACVPR guidelines to help patients function at home. Our rehab service partners with respiratory therapists and fitness specialists to craft a specialized plan, generally exceeding 36 visits.
Upon completion of the Phase II program, patients are eligible to continue at the fitness center with the Phase III program. Phase III consists of ongoing support and training from registered respiratory therapists and fitness center staff.
