South County Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic
Mercy's Orthopedics Clinic in South County now offers walk-in orthopedic services. We evaluate and treat children (ages 10 and up) and adults with orthopedic injuries that have occurred within the past four weeks. This is an excellent choice if you've recently experienced a non-life threatening sports injury, sprain/strain/joint injury.

When to Choose Walk-In Orthopedic Care
Choose orthopedic walk-in care for:
- Patients 10 and up
- New injuries occurring in the past four weeks to the foot, ankle, leg, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, arm, wrist or hand (e.g., fractures, sprains, swollen joints, muscle strains, dislocations, sports injuries)
Do not choose orthopedic walk-in care for:
- Chronic pain present more than four weeks
- Back pain or injury
- Head injuries or concussions
- Patients with surgical hardware
- Open wounds
- Second opinions
- Multiple joint injuries
- Workers' compensation injuries*
