Mercy primary care provides you with preventive care and helps manage chronic conditions. Choose primary care for:

Did you know you can schedule an appointment with a primary care provider online? Many of our primary care providers also offer video visits.

Mercy Urgent Care offers prompt care when it’s not a life-threatening emergency. With Mercy Urgent Care, you can walk in without an appointment and see a health professional for treatment of:

  • Coughs, colds and flu
  • Sore Throats
  • Ear problems
  • Minor burns
  • Possible broken bones
  • Allergic reactions
  • Minor injuries (cuts, wounds, burns, falls)
  • Stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea
  • Rashes, aches and pains
  • Sprains and strains
  • Urinary discomfort

For serious or life-threatening problems, don’t wait! Go to the Emergency Department or call 911. Emergency symptoms and reasons to go to the ER include:

  • Chest pain or rapid heartbeat (over 120 beats/minute)
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Difficulty breathing and/or shortness of breath
  • Sudden dizziness, weakness, loss of coordination or balance
  • Sudden loss or change of vision
  • Numbness in the face, arm or leg
  • Sudden, severe headache
  • Deep cuts or bleeding that won’t stop
  • Coughing up and/or vomiting blood
  • Severe burns
  • Seizures
  • Signs of shock: chills, blue lips and/or fingernails, severe pain, dizziness, rapid breathing
  • Head injury resulting in vomiting, blurred vision, severe headache, loss of motor skills, bleeding from the nose and/or ears
  • Poisoning or drug overdose
  • Sudden intense pain
