Effective September 30, 2018, Mercy Hospital South's (formerly St. Anthony’s Medical Center) three patient portals will be replaced by MyMercy. MyMercy is a free online health management tool, available to all Mercy patients. It’s the simplest, most convenient way to stay in touch with your Mercy Clinic care team, request an appointment, renew a prescription, see lab results and more, anytime or anywhere.
To use MyMercy, you will need to create a new account. If you are looking for information about a visit prior to October 1, you can still log into MyChart, eClinical Works and InteliChart as they will be available until December 31, 2018.
Any new records generated, on or after September 30, will be included in the Mercy electronic health record system and will be accessible to providers everywhere within Mercy’s four-state service area, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
As part of this transition, the request an appointment and send a message features are now disabled. Instead of using the portals to request an appointment or send a message, please call your physician’s office.
