Kids Weight and Wellness Services

We care for kids and teens ages 6 to 18 with a BMI at or above the 95th percentile. Personalized treatment plans are tailored to your child’s unique needs after initial evaluation.

Our approach is to meet your child where they are on their health journey. Various levels of care are available, from introductory needs to bariatric surgery.

Our clinic has dedicated exam rooms that promote comfort, privacy and open conversation. Our Befour Opti-Height Scale measures your child’s height and weight at the same time, then quickly calculates their BMI.

Referral Information

Talk with your child’s pediatrician or primary care team about any weight-related concerns. Your child’s doctor will let you know if a weight management evaluation is appropriate. Our services are by physician referral only. Video visits are also available.
