Mercy’s Sports Medicine program is a one-stop center for athletes and physically active people of all ages, goals, and abilities.
Our Team Treats Everyone Like a Pro
Mercy’s Sports Medicine Team works together to evaluate and care for patients with injuries or other medical conditions that affect their ability to exercise, participate in sports or maintain an active lifestyle. We treat every patient like a pro, and you can expect:
- A high level of coordinated sports medical care, including trained sports medicine physicians, orthopedists, certified athletic trainers, physical therapists and more.
- A customized care plan and regular communication with your primary care physician to ensure all your caregivers are up to speed on your progress. If you're a student athlete, we’ll work closely with your school's athletic trainer.
- A cull circle of caregivers. All of Mercy is connected through one electronic medical health record, which means that should the need arise, your Sports Medicine provider can make referrals for specialty care, connecting your directly to Mercy’s network of specialists.
