ST. LOUIS – Becker’s named leaders from three of Mercy’s small-town hospitals to its 2025 list of rural health care executives to know.

Bobby Stitt, Daryle Voss and Chris Wibbenmeyer are on Becker’s list of 118 rural hospital and health system presidents and CEOs to know. The list recognizes leaders driving growth and implementing resilient strategies to keep hospitals thriving over the long haul.
“Rural hospitals are more than just health care facilities – they’re the nerve center of communities across America that rely on Mercy for care they can’t get anywhere else near their homes,” said Dr. John Mohart, Mercy executive vice president and chief operating officer. “We’re proud to see Bobby, Daryle and Chris on the prestigious list with other prominent leaders in health care from around the country.
Bobby Stitt
Stitt is the administrator of Mercy Hospital Kingfisher, Mercy Hospital Logan County and Mercy Hospital Watonga – Mercy’s critical access hospitals in the greater Oklahoma City metro.
The Becker’s list noted that Stitt leads all operational and clinical co-workers across those hospitals, overseeing organizational structure, alignment, strategic direction, financial performance and community involvement.
Stitt began his career in hospital administration in 2012 and has seen sustained successes in operations, finances and patient satisfaction throughout his tenure.
Daryle Voss
Voss is the president of Mercy Southern Oklahoma Communities, which includes Mercy’s hospitals in Ada, Ardmore, Healdton, Love County and Tishomingo.
Becker’s highlighted Voss’ leadership over the two large hospitals in Ada and Ardmore, which combined have more than 1,700 co-workers serving patients.
The Mercy hospitals in his purview have achieved national recognition for quality of patient care and top safety scores.
Chris Wibbenmeyer
Wibbenmeyer is administrator of Mercy Hospital Perry in Perryville, Missouri.
Becker’s noted Wibbenmeyer’s role in transitioning the hospital from county ownership to being the 17th critical access hospital in the Mercy health system.
Wibbenmeyer has been at the same rural hospital since 1988 and helped lead a strong financial turnaround for Mercy Perry.
