Cindy Carmichael has been with Mercy for more than a decade and has spent much of her career dedicated to the development of rural health care. Carmichael currently serves as a regional administrator for Mercy hospitals in El Reno and Watonga and provides oversight to Mercy leaders in Kingfisher and Guthrie. In 2007, she joined Mercy as vice present of ambulatory services where she more than doubled the number of Mercy physicians and spearheaded the transition to electronic health records. During her six-year tenure as vice president of strategic development, Mercy added hospitals in Ada, El Reno, Tishomingo, Logan County, Watonga and Kingfisher. She is a proud ACHE fellow.
